Presenting authors must pay registration fee before 30th April 2018, otherwise their paper will not be included in the final programme.

ALL BANK CHARGES SHOULD BE PAID BY THE APPLICANTS.


Full registration fee includes:

  • Admission to all scientific sessions and the exhibitions
  • Name badge and conference materials
  • Coffee breaks and lunches
  • Welcome reception on Sunday, 15th July, 2018
  • Gala Dinner on Tuesday, 17th July, 2018
  • Annual (2018) access of the society affiliated journal "International Journal of Polymeric Materials & Polymeric Biomaterials"


Accompanying person fee includes:

  • Admission to the exhibitions
  • Name badge
  • Coffee breaks and lunches
  • Welcome reception on Sunday, 15th July, 2018
  • Gala Dinner on Tuesday, 17th July, 2018

(Please note that accompanying persons may not attend any of the scientific sessions, present a paper or be a co-author).


One day fee includes:

  • Admission to all scientific sessions and the exhibitions on the chosen conference day
  • Name badge valid for the chosen day
  • Conference materials
  • Coffee breaks and a lunch on the chosen conference day
  • Welcome reception if the chosen day is Sunday, 15th July, 2018
  • Gala Dinner if the chosen day is Tuesday, 17th July, 2018


Cancellation & Refund Policy

Written requests for cancellation must be emailed to isbppb2018@agh.edu.pl

  • Authors who wish to cancel their registration in case of non-acceptance of the abstract will receive a 100% refund.
  • Other requests received by 15th May, 2018 – a full refund will be given less 50 € administration charge.
  • No refunds will be given after 16th May, 2018.

Your statutory rights under the relevant distance selling regulations will not be affected.
